Our goal is to ensure all players in our organization have a great experience playing the game we all love!
The Changing the Game Project is a great guide we can use to ensure our players stay loving the game far beyond their youth. A staggering 7 out of 10 kids stop playing sports by the time they hit high school. The top reason? It isnt FUN anymore. Don't let the drive home be a 20 minute lecture of everything your player did "Wrong" that game. Simply tell them, I love watching you play!
