When PUMAS play, we play with PRIDE!
Over the past several seasons, the Pumas have grown to become a premier select organization in Southeast Wisconsin. The catalyst for the incredible growth is the focus on maintaining the "Pumas Family" culture we have established and grown. The Pumas are more than just the competitive baseball or softball product on the field. Our families are close knit and have fun off the field, which creates a fun environment on the field and in the dugout! Our Pumas Family Pride shows every time we step on the field! 

Here is how we define Pumas Pride!:

1) Winning is not a focus but a result of respect, effort, attitude, fundamentals and teamwork.
2) ALL members of the team contribute to the overall success of the team, and ALL players have the opportunity to learn various positions.
3) The kids come first and we understand “baseball” is about a lot more than the games they play. As an organization we want to contribute to each players success, self confidence, and positive attitude.
4) Coach communication is open and honest, parents are encouraged to participate in their child’s growth and expand on the fundamentals at home through regular practice.

Our Mission:

- To provide young athletes the opportunity to develop as baseball and softball players by learning in a safe environment from Background Checked, Safesport Certified, USA Baseball/Softball qualified coaches and exposing them to a high level of competition.
- To build self-confidence through positive reinforcement and team building.
-To develop young athletes’ abilities to deal with competition in a healthy way.
-To Maintain the Pumas Family culture through great communication and the commitment to always be looking for ways to include our families, and to make everyone part of our mission!
